Automation was created by 6badstringdave
I'm just starting to use the app. I have I ported two lyric sheets with chords. When I got to play them, one stopsmscrolling at the end of the first chorus, the other stops at the end of the first verse. Suggestions?

Its difficult to comment without seeing the lyric file. Can you post one in here?

ok, there does not seem to be anything in the Lyric file that should be causing any pauses.
The only other two ways that a pause can happen when playing a lyric file is either:
a) Your device is registering a screen touch
b) You are using an external controller (eg. bluetooth pedal) that is sending a signal that is causing the pause

Do you use a pedal / controller at all? If so, try disabling it and see if you have the same problem.
Option A can be very tricky to diagnose. I have heard reports of dirty screens or even the edges of a case causing touch events from previous users.

As you are new with Lyric Pad I will also ask some very basic questions in regards to usage.
When you open a song to play it can you please describe the exact process you are using. What you press, etc, etc?

ps. Did you realise that you do not need to put [ ] around special words like verse, chorus, etc. These will be auto detected and highlighted for you. (it might save you some time)
