- Add layouts for small screens (phones)
- Fixed file permission issue on android 6+
- Removed the downloading of images in the LS web browser (faster and saves data)
- A few other minor issues

On lyrics search:
Lyrics hey joe (site:azlyrics OR site:metrolyrics ...)
just change to
Lyrics hey joe (site:azlyrics.com OR site:metrolyrics.com ...)

It is supposed to use the full domains. That is certainly a bug. :)
