Metronome feature request

Hi, I am a new user, and was wondering if the metronome might be able to be set so that it only blinks on and off to the beat. For me, that would make it easier to keep the time (don't get me wrong, having it show the beats of a measure is awesome : ) ! As it is I can set it to two beats per measure and half of it changes color. Which will definitely work for me... but if that feature happens to be added at some point, it would be much appreciated (as the program already is)! Thx.!

Thanks! Seems like I have seen strobe devices for drummers to play in time with midi files- a very, very short blink exactly on the beat. In a different life I would have been a professional computer programmer, I love it! My latest baby is a set of foot-buttons that trigger tracks of a DAW (Reaper) to play. Anything can be on the tracks- notes, chords, recordings, whatever. My kind of fun, thanks again!
