2.05 - Set List Editor

The setlist editor provides tools to create, edit, load and save setlists.

Setlist items can be dragged by holding the drag handle on the left hand side of the item and moving it to a new position.
Long pressing on a setlist item can enable/disable multiple select mode allowing multiple set list entries to be moved or deleted at once.

Note: deleting a song from a set list will not delete the song from the database. It only deletes it's entry in the set list.

	Add the next item after the current selected position in the set list
	Add the next item to the end position of the set list
	Add set, song or text item to the setlist
	Delete the selected item/s from the set list
	Load an existing set list
	Save the set list
	Close the set list editor
