If the worst case happens and something happens to your tablet you can easily replace the device and install Lyric Pad 3 again without any problem but if you do not have your data backed up you would have to start from scratch.
So lets make this very plain
BACK UP YOUR DATA!
Backing Up
In Lyric Pad 3 it relatively easy to make a backup of your data.
You can simply copy your entire Lyric Pad 3 data directory elsewhere and you have a perfect backup.
By default this is the /Android/data/com.dna.lyricpad3/files/ directory on your device and contains all of your lyrics, setlists and backing tracks.
I recommend you always have a backup on a different device.
Cloud storage such as dropbox is a good solution for this.
Installing Backed Up Data
The easiest way to reinstall Lyric Pad 3 data is to do the following:
- Install Lyric Pad 3
- Run Lyric Pad 3 once
- Copy your backed up data into the /Android/data/com.dna.lyricpad3/files/ folder on your device
- Restart Lyric Pad 3
