3.03 - Right Side Slideout Panel

The right slideout panel contains the playlist and buttons that directly relate to song selection in your performance.

To access the right slideout panel long press on the centre of the screen and the slide out buttons will appear. Press the right slide out button open the right slideout panel. If the panels are closed then the buttons will autohide after a preset delay (default 5 seconds).

The playlist is in the middle of the panel.
It has the current song highlighted and songs that have been "played" are crossed out.
You can double tap on a played song to mark it as not played.
You can double tap on an active song to move it to the next song position.
You can long press on any song to display it instantly and make it the current position in the playlist.

The buttons do the following:

	Shows or hides songs that are marked complete in the playlist.
	Shows or hides set list markers in the playlist
	Opens the add song screen to enable the user to add song/s to the playlist. This is a duplicate of the add song on screen button.
	Moves to the next song in the playlist. This is a duplicate of the next song on screen button.
	Opens the current playlist in the setlist editor.
