In theory it should be possible but I have never tried it.
It would depend on what keyboard you currently use in android but most have a voice input option.

dneilsen...Can you give me more info on how you entered by voice? First entered in to a program on your tablet then in to Lyric Pad OR directly into Lyric Pad? Thanks

Directly into lyric pad.
Go to manage lyrics
Create a new lyric file, this will open in the editor.
Tap on the kkarge text field on the screen to enter text and your keyboard will appear.
Press the mic icon on your keyboard and talk
